  1. Hey Keoni, I just had a thought of how cool it would be to make a video which is made up of workouts from your previous videos, like a compilation. I’ve only just considered how much effort it must take to make a video for us from scratch, and atleast for this idea you only need to edit bits of other videos together. I think it would be really good! Thanks for these videos again, I love them! 🙂

  2. You have done a great job finding your niche on YouTube: exercise routines for middle-agers and seniors. Keep finding those super upbeat tunes that our generation will recognize from our youth. Maybe change your location for each song and edit them together for a montage. Keep up the great work!

  3. Finally an at home walking workout that's for beginners and more advanced levels of fitness that actually shows how to modify for both levels of fitness. I also love that it's perfect for small spaces. PS I loved seeing the cats joining you. Such pretty cats!
