You’re not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

  1. Son buenas ideas las que ella nos comparte…(exepto los crunshes, esos son malos para la espalda). Pero el detalle es que algunos ejercicios que esta bella señorita nos muestra, no los realiza bien. Y hay peligro de que se lesione, además de que también hay peligro de que las personas que la ven para realizar estos mismos ejercicios se lesionen también, por lo que es importante que los modifique. Porque en varios vídeos que veo de ella haciendo ejercicios hay unos que igual los realiza de manera incorrecta, y a lo mejor y no se da cuenta. Antes de realizar ejercicios es muy importante fijarse la manera en como se hacen, y lo principal, fijarse bien en hacerlos de la manera correcta para así evitar daños.
