How to pick a good stock to invest in

In this video, I discuss how to pick a good stock to invest in. I talk about the differences between technical analysis and fundamental analysis. I give some considerations to think about when using fundamental analysis to invest in stocks. Fundamental analysis is split into qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative analysis is more concerned with company news, personnel changes and financial events. Quantitative analysis, on the other hand is more concerned with earnings reports, balance sheets and ratios. I talk about the P/E, PEG, debt-equity ratios and return on equity and why they are important when it comes to investing in a stock.

I briefly discuss different types of investing including dividend investing and why you should consider diversification in your portfolio.
